— Roadmap
What we are building.
Three horizons. In order. No dates. The work that matters has to be done right.
— Now
Chakra Intel · in the field.
Mobile forensics platform. Operational today. Five acquisition engines, 180+ parsers, Section 63(4)(c) auto-certification at acquisition. Air-gapped by default. The platform deployed to state cyber-cells, central agencies, and forensic laboratories.

Chakra Imager · in development.
Computer forensics platform. Imaging storage. Recovering deleted data. Court-admissible reports for desktop and laptop investigations. Built to the same Section 63(4)(c) standard and the same chain-of-custody discipline as Chakra Intel.

Research directions.
Directions the team is exploring once the two platforms are established. Named here as standing intent, not as commitments.
-
— Indic-language coverage
Parsers and reporting in Hindi and the major regional languages, so the work reaches institutions that operate in those languages first.
-
— Cloud and account forensics
Lawful acquisition of cloud-resident artifacts under warrant, with the same dual-hash and certificate discipline that runs through Intel today.
-
— Specialised hardware
Field-grade acquisition hardware engineered for the conditions Indian investigations work under. Form factor and supported media to be confirmed.
-
— Open libraries
A shared open parser library and reference datasets that let practitioners, researchers, and students build on the platform without paying for what should be common knowledge.
— Why no dates
The work decides the timeline.
Forensic work has to hold up in court. The standard is named, the discipline is named, the chain of custody is named. The date a platform ships is not what matters. The date Chakra ships under a deadline rather than under the standard is the day the work stops being worth doing.
