This document describes how Cyber Chakra Technology Private Limited ("Chakra") handles information about visitors to this website, people who request a trial licence through this website, and customers of the Chakra Intel and Chakra Imager platforms.

Chakra is built around an institutional discipline: information is collected only where the collection serves a stated, specific purpose, and is retained only for the duration that purpose requires.

What this website collects

This website is a static site. It does not run analytics, does not set third-party cookies, does not deploy a session tracker, and does not embed third-party advertising or social-network widgets.

The only information this website actively collects is the data a visitor enters into the trial-licence onboarding flow at /onboard. Those fields are listed below.

Trial-licence onboarding data

The six-step onboarding flow collects:

  • Full name
  • Role and work category
  • Organisation name, country, and city
  • Official email address
  • A description of the forensic problem the trial would address
  • The intended deployment environment (air-gapped lab, networked workstation, field laptop, or undecided)
  • The visitor's acknowledgement of the trial-licence agreement

This data is used only for the purpose of deploying a trial licence to a verified contact at the requesting organisation. The data is not used for sales follow-up beyond the trial-deployment workflow, is not shared with third parties, is not sold, and is not used for marketing targeting.

How trial-licence data is stored

Submissions are routed to Chakra's operations inbox and logged in a structured record that is retained for the duration of the trial plus a reasonable post-trial period for support continuity. After that period, records are reviewed and deleted unless the requester has converted to a customer relationship that requires their retention.

Customer data

Chakra Intel and Chakra Imager are deployed inside customer institutions. The forensic data those platforms acquire and process stays inside the customer's perimeter. Chakra does not have access to customer-acquired forensic data and does not transmit it off the customer's hardware. Deployment is air-gapped by default. The platforms do not depend on remote license servers or cloud infrastructure operated by Chakra.

Compliance

Chakra's information practices align with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (India). Customers in regulated sectors should review the deployment-specific compliance documentation Chakra provides at trial onboarding.
