These terms govern use of this website and the trial-licence onboarding flow operated by Cyber Chakra Technology Private Limited ("Chakra"). Use of the Chakra Intel and Chakra Imager platforms themselves is governed by a separate trial or commercial licence agreement provided at deployment.

Use of this website

Information on this website is provided for general informational and sales purposes. Specific claims about product capabilities should be confirmed in the trial deployment or in a direct conversation with sales.

Visitors may not attempt to access portions of this website not intended for public use, may not introduce malicious code, and may not use this website for unlawful purposes.

Trial-licence requests

A trial-licence request submitted through /onboard is an expression of intent. A trial licence is deployed only after verification by Chakra's operations team. Chakra reserves the right to decline trial requests that cannot be verified or that fall outside Chakra's institutional-use policy.

Acknowledgement of trial terms in the onboarding flow is the visitor's confirmation that they have read those terms; the operative trial-licence agreement is delivered with the trial deployment and governs use thereafter.

Intellectual property

The Chakra wordmark, the Chakra symbol, the visual system, the product names "Chakra Intel" and "Chakra Imager", and the content on this website are the property of Cyber Chakra Technology Private Limited. The brand book and the visual system are internal documents; the vendor-specifications document is the only brand artefact intended for external distribution.

Limitation of liability

This website is provided as is. Chakra makes no warranty about the suitability of information on this website for a specific use beyond the general informational and sales purposes for which it is published. The trial-licence agreement and any commercial-licence agreement contain the operative warranty and liability terms for product use.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
